General Conditions

  • No used or washed items accepted

  • Only one exchange request per order

    • Example: if you ordered 10 tees in a single purchase, you may exchange all 10 at once; however, once you receive the replacement items, you cannot raise another request for different sizes on that same order.


Size Exchange (within 5 days)

  1. Submit your request

  2. Item condition

    • Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and bill receipt

  3. Reverse pickup (eligible areas)

    • We verify your PIN code automatically after you submit

    • If eligible, we’ll schedule a free courier pickup (slot details emailed within ~2 business days)

    • Simply have the parcel ready at your doorstep on pickup day

  4. Self-ship (non-eligible areas)

    • If pickup isn’t available, courier via any service or registered post to the address we email you

  5. Courier-charge reimbursement

    • Up to ₹100 credited as a coupon (applied automatically once we receive your return)

  6. Replacement dispatch

    • After inspection, allow ~7 days for us to ship your new size


Refund Policy

    • Issued as store-credit coupon only (shipping & COD fees excluded)

  3. Return method

    • Via reverse pickup or self-ship, depending on area eligibility

  4. Coupon delivery

    • You’ll receive your coupon by email within 5 business days of our receipt


Order Cancellation

  • Email hello@wolfattire.com with your Order ID within 2 hours of purchase

  • Approved cancellations refunded via bank transfer in 2–3 working days


Wrong or Damaged Products

  • Email hello@wolfattire.com within 5 days of delivery

  • Include an unboxing video showing:

    1. Courier package label

    2. Product neck label

    3. Incorrect item or damage

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund ASAP
