Only one exchange request per order

Example: if you ordered 10 tees in a single purchase, you may exchange all 10 at once; however, once you receive the replacement items, you cannot raise another request for different sizes on that same order.

Simply have the parcel ready at your doorstep on pickup day

Self-ship (non-eligible areas)

If pickup isn’t available, courier via any service or registered post to the address we email you

Courier-charge reimbursement

Up to ₹100 credited as a coupon (applied automatically once we receive your return)

Replacement dispatch

After inspection, allow ~7 days for us to ship your new size
