Return and exchange policy
We do not accept used or washed products for return or exchange.
Size exchange:
In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us immediately for us to assist you.
We do not have a reverse pick up facility yet so you will need to courier the product back to us within 5 days of receiving the product along with original bill receipt.

How can I send the product back?
You can send it via any courier service or registered post.

Please mail us at hello@wolfattire.com along with the order Id and we will send you the details.
- Can Wolfattire arrange for pick up from my address?
No, we do not have a pickup facility at the moment.
- How much do you reimburse for the courier charges occurred?
Please choose a cost-effective courier service. We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 100/- in the form of coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.
- By when can I expect the new size to be delivered?
Only after receiving returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 7 days to ship the new size back to you.
Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.
Cancellation:
The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. You can mail us at hello@wolfattire.com along with the order Id requesting for cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 2-3 working days.
Refund:
Refund is only made in the form of store credit/coupon. We refund the entire amount (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of the coupon which can be used for the next purchase. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. Refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to hello@wolfattire.com
Wrong/damaged product:
In case you receive incorrect or damaged product please send us an unboxing video (within 5 days of delivery) which clearly shows:
i. The Courier Package label
ii. The neck label of the product
iii. Incorrect product/Damage area
and mail us at hello@wolfattire.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
